Calling all 5th grade parents! Join us on Tuesday, October 15 at 6:30 PM for our exciting beginning band sign-up night! Your kids have been trying out different instruments with Miss Allen, and now it's time to take the next step! Midbell Music will answer all your questions about rentals, and repairs, and help your child find the perfect instrument. Please also check your email in the following days for a more detailed communication from Miss Allen.

The annual Woodbine Activities Jersey Auction will be held this Sunday, September 29. The Football, Volleyball, Cross Country and Cheer teams will sell their jersey to family members, friends, or businesses. Money raised helps support our extra-curricular activities. Uniforms, equipment, play scripts, and music choreography are some examples of ongoing costs that your donation supports. If a business/person would like to set aside a certain amount to buy a jersey or jerseys please contact Kathy Frederick with the amount that can be applied to a bid or bids. kfrederick@woodbine.k12.ia.us or (712)647-2440. What a fantastic All About That Bass Festival at Atlantic Middle School! We had a wonderful group of students join us in the tenor section, and they truly shone while singing "Never Gonna Give You Up," "The Journey," and "The Wellerman" alongside other great schools from SW Iowa! The Woodbine Varsity Volleyball team is set to compete at West Harrison in Mondamin for a varsity-only tournament! The Lady Tigers will start at 9AM in the main gym.
