Meet Adam Barry, an outstanding senior with a passion for sports and leadership! Participating in Cross Country, Track & Field, Basketball, Student Council, Key Club, National Honor Society, Show Choir, and Tiger Vision, Adam truly embodies the spirit of commitment and excellence!
After graduation, he plans to attend a four-year university to major in finance. In 10 years, Adam envisions buying his first home after exploring the world and completing his Master's degree.
His advice to underclassmen? "Get uncomfortable, try new things, and be okay with failure. You will only continue to grow as a person if you can accept that you are wrong and can learn from it."

Meet Leena, a dedicated student with a passion for sports—she's involved in volleyball, cross country, basketball, track, softball, and esports! After graduation, she plans to pursue culinary arts at Iowa Western Community College and dreams of working in a fine dining restaurant.
Did you know? Leena collects rubber ducks! One of her fondest memories is spending time with friends in high school. Her advice to underclassmen? "Work hard so you can do whatever you want in your senior year!"

Hugo, son of Dave & Darcy Boettger, is actively involved in trap shooting and 4-H. After graduation, he plans to attend a 2-year college to become a diesel mechanic while continuing to work on the family farm. Fun fact: Hugo lives on a farm!

Tony’s exceptional ability to memorize facts is matched only by his talent for making connections across multiple disciplines, giving him a deep understanding of many subjects. As a dedicated team captain, Tony leads by example—working tirelessly both in and out of practice to sharpen his skills and inspire his teammates.
Get ready for an exciting afternoon at the Monarch Relays! Our high school boys' and Girls' track teams will compete at the Denison High School Track. Field events and running events will both start at 4:30. Long Jump and High Jump for both genders will start at 4:30. Girls will throw the shot first, and boys will throw the discus first.

What is STEM? It's Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math! We're so grateful to announce that, thanks to a STEM grant, our students enjoy FREE after-school STEM programs and weekend field trips! STEM helps kids learn about the world around them through fun experiments and projects. These programs are a great way to introduce younger children to important concepts in an educational and entertaining way.
It's time for the annual Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP)! Students from 5th to 11th grade will be taking their math tests this week.
Kindly emphasize to your students the significance of these assessments and prepare them for success by adhering to the testing tip guidelines. Together, we are confident that our Tigers will excel!
